UniMAP is located in Perlis. The smallest state in Malaysia, Perlis lies at the northern part of the west coast of Peninsular Malaysia. It is bordered by Thailand’s Satun and Songkhla provinces to the north and the Malaysian state of Kedah to the south. This pleasant little state has a population of approximately 253,000 comprising mainly of Malays (the majority), Chinese and Indians.
